Embassy Suites Downtown San Diego

I stayed at the Embassy Suites as part of a business trip in September. It's located in San Diego Bay. I was in suite 906 and had a great view of the bay and if I stuck my head out the window I could see the USS Midway. Every night there is a managers welcome which consists of a free bar from 5pm 'til 7.30pm. They also offer snacks like pizza , popcorn and nachos for a reasonable price.
When I arrived there on the Friday afternoon I was feeling a bit tired and really wasn't up for a party so I decided to stay in and order room service. All the food comes from the seafood restaurant located in the hotel. I ordered a chicken salad with honey mustard dressing and a side of sushi as well as a beer. The service was very fast and the food was very tasty.
The rooms was a 2 room suite. The living area consisted of a 3 seater sofa, arm chair, coffee table and a dining table with four chairs. The bed was very comfortable and I like how you can close the door and shut out all the noise from the corridor. I would definitely recommend a stay here as it was great value for money and all the staff were friendly and accommodating.
