	Helpful and positive staff Apr 05, 2006 I come to Kansas City on business regularly. This was my first stay at this hotel. The staff did a great job. I was picked up by the hotel shuttle within 15 minutes from the airport. I then got a ride to a local mall for free (tip the driver)....read entire review at TravelPost.com
