Affordable and need Dec 07, 2010
If you like to stay in a quiet neighbourhood, this might be a guesthouse which you really want to consider!!!

We paid 13 euro's p.p.p.n. including breakfast, linen and towels. Only the saturday night we had to pay 25 euro's. These are the prices for a triple room.

The breakfast was really good (eggs, toast, jam, ham, cereals, milk and so on) and it was really quiet. Further the staff was really helpfull and would make a call to arrange a taxi for you if you want.

The location is less good. It's too far to walk to the Temple bar, when it's winter at least (during the winter it will take you about 30 minutes). But just around the corner you can take a bus to the city centre. It takes you about 10 minutes and will cost you €1,6. A cap during the night from Temple bar to the guesthouse will cost you around 10 till 15 euros (it depends on the weather).

I, at least, really enjoyed my stay at thise guesthouse!
