Elephants and Friends Kanchanaburi Reviews
May 20, 2006
If you get down to Kanchanaburi, just west of Bangkok, check out www.elephants-friends.com. It was not only the best experience we had in Thailand, but one of the best weeks of my well-traveled life.
Stay with and become part of a Thai family taking care of three Asian elephants. Take them to the river each morning and evening to bathe, learn how to ride and guide them, and eat fabulous food with the family. 1,000 baht per day if staying at least 3 days, includes accomodation and 3 big mealsa day.
