Elder Park Reviews

Relaxing Aug 17, 2008
Elder Park is on the edge of the Adelaide CBD. It is on the River Torrens. There are many events held there during the year. At Christmas time, Carols by candlelight is held there. There is a Rotunda there that was brought over from Scotland. You could just sit on the lawn or go on the river in a pedal boat or even take a ride on the "Popeye" (a boat that does a round trip on a small section of the river).

It is also nice to take a walk around that section of the River Torrens.
Unfortunately the water itself is not very nice at all. It would be very unhealthy to fall in to it.
