El mediterranean Reviews
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Jan 24, 2007Across from "Lazy Bones Hostle" is this fabulous restaurant. I believe it once was in Granada, then they moved it here to Leon, tho i was also told that it once was in a different part of Leon. The restaurant is set out like in two rooms, one with the bar for drinks and chilling, and the other in the lush boho courtyard. Its a bit more classy than some of the other places in Leon, but not that expensive. We had Pizza, which was good, i would say it was more like that of "Don Lucas" in Granada, than say "Hollywood Pizza" more italian looking. But still good. They also do plenty of other types of food, from chicken, pastas, sea food etc. Nothing on the menu went above 120cords in price, so you could have something fancy for under 4quid. The pizza on the other hand ranged between 70 - 90 cords. and so if two are eating its can be quite cheap, ezp if your on a budget. El Mediterranean also do a good range of starters and deserts, there icecream is very nice, and so is there cake. Both of these were under a pound. Drinks are more expensive here, a Pepsi costs 12cords, beer 16cords, and a special bottle of wine will set you back 250cords. The service was top notch, very friendly, and a good relaxing atompshere. A good place to eat in Leon, and suits any budget. |
