El Torcal Nature Reserve Travel Reviews

Sep 29, 2006
El Torcal is a National Park situated in Malaga Province 30km from Malaga. I never heard of it, we just followed the signed from Antequera. It is very easy to find once you see the signs. The park itself is an area made of unusual limestone rock formations. Long ago, some hundred million years ago it was all covered with water. Then water went away creating this stone formation. There are a lot of walking paths of different complexity in the park and the view is magnificent. I would recommend visiting this place to everyone.
