El Patio de las Perfumes Reviews

It will look like just another cool and funky bar from the outside, but venturing deeper into it's winding corridors, you'll find this little gem of a restaurant.

The scene: spainsh decor, 4 post bed to lay on and relax to have a drink, or try one of the many plush couches. Move outside to the dining area. Centre stage a cupid statue surrounded by candles. In the corner, large and tall catherdral style sheets give some privacy. The back drop century old walls and plenty of greenery give a natural character to the setting. Lighting by candle light only. Looking down on the diners, but unnoticed, is the roof lounge area.

The food was exceptionally good. The services was excellent. Wines ranged from EUR5 to EUR500+ per bottle. Best suited for first dates, anniversaries or fine lovers of food. Not many tourist to be found, nice!

1 red tuna steak, 1 lamb rack, 1 bottle of wine (EUR45), 1 cheese plate (with 6 different cheeses and enough for 4 people to share), 2 ports, 1 water = EUR130. That's a bargain in my mind.

We didn't see it, but Tuesday and Thursday nights is a Flamenco demonstration.
