Just three words are required to describe el Gaucho: Amazing argentinean steaks. That is all there is to know about the place. It is simply the best stakehouse on the island. Some hotels and restaurants might also serve great steaks but none are as specialized nor offer the great chimichurri (sauce typical of Argentina) that can be found in El Gaucho. Great place to relax from all the european cuisine found all over the island. Needless to say it is extremely popular so get your reservation early.

Eagle Beach, my favorite beach. Kind of secluded so it's nice. You don't get a lot of people jam packed here. The sand is also amazing here however they have little red ants which is weird but they don't bother you. It's really relaxing here around …… Eagle Beach |

The Hi-Winds competition on the beach ended with a beach party. There was live music, dancing, beers, drinks, and a lot of seats. This is a good way to mingle with the locals there and meet fellow travelers. It ends around 10pm and then everyone hea…… Aruba Hi-Winds |

Royal Plaza is a shopping mall downtown. There are a lot of duty free fragrance shops and I think even make up. Across the street from the mall are souvenir shops which sells anything from picture frames, flutes, figurines and postcards for way chea…… Downtown Oranjestad |
