"El Centro" is a cave restaurant, a one of a kind natural volcanic monument.

The Restaurant is made up of two galleries with small caves carved out at the sides which at present are used as function rooms or dining areas. Each room is named after ancient kings and gods (Guanches) who inhabited the Canary Islands in ancient times.

If you visit it I recommend that you order some of typical canarian food:

"Gofio escaldao" (toasted flour with Fish stock) ¡¡¡delicious!!!

"Papas arrugadas con mojo" ("wrinkled," spicy potatoes) ¡¡¡delicious too!!!
