Stayed Twice - But Never Again Sep 27, 2008
Myself and my partner stayed here in July 2004 and as it was good, we decided to go back...BIG BIG MISTAKE!!!
The room we were show was tiny, literally had to walk over the bed to the other side, I understand Paris hotels do have very small rooms, but this was a joke!! We booked through the hotel and we asked to provide breakfast in the total price, which they did. Once we got there, the receptionist (the only male) was so rude! We had met him the previous times we had stayed there, and we thought it was bad, this was nothing! The carpets were stained and really did not want to walk on them in our barefeet! The bathroom was mildewy (sp?) and the water pressure was none existant, bearing in mind there was a heatwave, and all we wanted to do was step into the shower after being in 40 degree heat all day! Paris is fantasitc, but there are a lot more hotels better than this one, and I would rather camp under the Eiffel Tower in the rain than return to this hotel! |
