Ei8ht Rooms Reviews
It was ok Apr 13, 2009
What's so special about the Ei8ht Rooms aside from its proximity to the Central Market and the Pub Street and the party places is that the staff are very warm. You'd really feel that you are at home.
Ei8ht Rooms is a 2-building complex across each other with complimentary internet access in one of the 2 lobbies. Ok, first things first, if you're not into taking off your shoes at the main entrance, then forget about this place. You'd have to leave your shoes at the entrance and walk bare foot from the reception to your room. But then again, a lot of guest houses in Siem Reap is like that. This shouldn't bother me but the floor is a bit sticky and sometimes grainy. The room itself was ok, fan/AC, cable TV, every basic thing is present. So is the bath, nothing extra ordinary.
