In Egypt, there is a few things to do:
-do not drink water from pipes, only bottle water - be carefful with sun, it is very hot and wind is blowing so it may trick you - buy some egyption parfumes, they are oiled and very good quality - go snorking or diving, red sea is the most beautiful sea in the world - drink their tea, it is hot mint tea and it will help you to accommodate to heat - try nargile, shisha, flavored tobaco - go to cairo, luxor and trip to desert it is memorable - do tatoos with henna, they are great master for that - don't forget to give tips to member of staff at the hotel -use public transportation, it is safe and cheep ...well, it is just few tips ;)
