Eglise du Dome Paris Reviews
Eglise du Dome Jul 04, 2009
The Eglise du Dome (Napoleon’s Tomb) is found in the complex of buildings containing monuments and museums know as Les Invalides. Here, aside from Napoleon’s Tomb, you will also find the Musee de L’Armee, Musee des Plans-Reliefs and Musee de L’Ordre de la Liberation. We looked around the exterior of the building before paying our entrance fee. Once we did that, we decided that we were only interested in going into Eglise du Dome. We only spent about a ½ hour inside, before heading out again. If we had more time, we would have explored the grounds more.
*Word of caution. Stay off the grass, or the security guard will come out of nowhere and tell you to get off. We saw it happen a few times. It’s actually quite funny :)
