 Best Eggs Benedict in the World Oct 26, 2008
Eggs benedict is my favorite breakfast and I try it whenever it is on the menu. So far I've probably savored 40+ different versions and none compares to Eggbert's on the island of Kauai in Hawaii. The hollandaise sauce is amazing and the eggs are perfectly cooked, too. It's worth a trip to the island just for their breakfast!
