Egg Works

After a long 4hr drive back to vegas. i was hungry. i called my neighbor to join me. i picked her up on the way. i had hear this place was known their crepes and omelettes. i wanted to check it out.

i ordered the Key Largo Crepe with
Smoked turkey, diced bacon, guacamole, diced tomatoes and cheddar and jack cheese. Topped with sour cream and served with a side of salsa. HOWEVER, I HAD NO TOMATOES, BACON AND GUACAMOLE. IT WAS YUMMY AND FILLING. I ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH.

my neighbor ordered the Fresh Veggie omelette with
Diced onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, green bell pepper, fresh spinach folded and topped with cheddar and jack cheese.

i would like to come back to try these next time:

Egg Stuffed French Toast
Scrambled eggs with your choice of ham, bacon or sausage and cheese stuffed between french toast dusted with powdered sugar and served with warm syrup, whipped butter and Work’s Potatoes and chocolate chip pancakes
