Situated at the point where Anatolia meets Europe, Edirne has an enormous wealth of culture. It was once one of the seven largest cities of Europe in the 18th century. Formerly the capital of the Ottoman Empire, Edirne naturally has many structures which are important both historically and architecturally. Edirne is practically a museum in its entirety boasting mosques, religious complexes, bridges, old marketplaces, caravanserais and palaces.

Istanbul is an unique city! You can see a very interesting mix of european and oriental culture there. *I've been to the Prince Islands, when I tried to validate the location Büyükada, which is the biggest of the Prince Islands it didn't work... So don't look at the map... it is not very correct:)
