A few days in the capital of the wild Scotland

4-10-06 pm   Well there were no repercussions from yesterdays trip to Mary King’s Close.  Neither of the boys had any problems sleeping…other than getting to sleep.  It took a bit, but finally we all fell asleep. I traveled with one of my buddies from home when I studied abroad. Scotland was my first trip and a good way to ease into the hectic life of a traveler. I like to go to museums by myself because no one slows me down or rushes me along. My favorite kids are modern art and natural history museums. I couldn't find any of the latter, but I heard there was a good art museum somewhere on the way out of town, so I went. It's really amazing to me now to think about how I got around on these travels. My first trip outside of the USA (for 3 weeks!) ~ we got to see England, Scotland, France, and Spain. Oh, and saw a few TBs along the way, also.

A trip through London, Edinburgh, Dublin and Paris

Scotland is great!!! Unfortunately i only had the chance to see Edinburgh - i went there for a weekend while volunteering in Northern Ireland. Hoping to go back and see Scotland thoroughly.

Scotland is a great place to travel around so much to see, it was a fantastic tour. Also see the photos my boyfriend took under DL4PLM.... some I am very sure are the same .... The food for vegetarians was not that great!!
