For my first transatlantic trip, I spent two weeks touring England and Scotland. We had the opportunity to explore the cities but also to enjoy the serenity of both countries landscapes.

Many of you are upset with me because I'm not indulging you with a surplus of blogs and updates on my haps in Scotland. For that I am very sorry. Please know that I'm too busy working my bum off, and when I'm not doing that, I'm having too much fun doing other things and quite frankly couldn't be bothered wasting time in cyberspace. I've been gone a week and a half now and have so much to share, but no blog (or photograph) could possibly do justice. But I will do my best right now to catch yo…

My trip to Scotland

I lived in UK in Cardiff about 2,5 years,so I had a chance to explore this lovely island. I have been in Bristol, London, Bath, Caerphilly, Barry, Barry island, Newport, Chepstow, Swansea, Weymouth, Brighton, Edinburgh, Liverpool, Newcastle, Birmingham, Glasgow, Porthcrawl, Port Tablot, also drove through Beacon Breacons.

so far Edinburgh is by far my favorite city. it has beauutiful cobblestone streets, any kind of shop you can imagine, the best food in the world, and some of the most...interesting people i have ever encountered. being in Edinburgh is kind of like being trapped in a Medieval state fair; all of their food is deepfried, thus it reminds me of the minnesota state fair. in edinburgh, i have been to the Princes Street Gardens, Waverly station, the carboot sale in the basement of the Omni parking co…

I studied at Oxford in 1996 on climate change and its effect on Great Britain and the rest of the world. Environmental Crisis and Management. We visited the Irish Coast line, bogs, Stonehendge, Snowdonia National Park, Wales. The group I was went visited Dublin, Scotland, and Paris for Bastille weekend. I met up with a friend after the program and we went to Italy, Spain, and then back to France. It was a wonderful summer
