Edgar's Calypso
Edgar's Calypso Reviews
Just as I remember when I lived in PR Apr 02, 2008
I lived in Puerto Rico for four months when I was a commercial diver. We lived in a beach house, walked down to the nearest bar for local food.
All of those wonderful memories came back today, when an associate introduced me to Edgar's Calypso. Upon walking in the door, the smells of spices greeted me. The staff took care of us, but did not interrupt. I ordered the Jerk Pork Loin. BABY! Tender, good blend of spices...oh, and the Black Beans & Rice. Mmmm! Enjoy. Ed |
