I have mostely likes about this hotel:

Inexpensive and clean May 26, 2007
I just returned from Vegas and stayed at several hotels. I have stayed here 4 times in 2 years. It is a typical chain. The rooms were clean, no frills. Local calls are free and so are 800 calls. All the expensive Vegas hotels charge for calls so t...read entire review at TravelPost.com

For around fifty dollars, I reckon that one could make a poorer choice in lodging. It is conveniently located in the middle of the seediest spot on the Las Vegas Boulevard.
