My friends and I stayed there for a few days this past January. You have to go on the elevator first to reach the lobby which is a few floors up. The receptionists were extremely helpful and friendly. Our rooms were upgraded for free which is always a good thing, hehe. Their bathrooms were very spacious and clean. The only possible drawback to some people may be their windows: huge but you can hardly see through them. It's a shame that windows like that are foggy...a waste. I understand that they can't always clean it so it didn't bother me that much. Anyway, the service was excellent as well as the location (near Siam shopping malls, markets, etc.) and I would recommend this hotel for others! *go to asiarooms.com for reservations!
