Never mind that Byron Bay is the coolest NSW town north of Sydney,
Earth 'N' Sea Pizza is awesome!  It is definitely some of the best
pizza I've eaten yet.  I've not eaten there, but I think there is
one in Brisbane, as well.  I would definitely suggest Earth 'N'
Sea and Byron Bay in general.  Quaint Bohemian town, full of sand,
surfers, and gorgeous beaches!  Remember though, when eating pizza
in Australia you must ask for sauce!
