EGGERY

We found this place by accident. our original plan was to ate at matt's big breakfast. it was a long line and we did not have time to wait. we drove down trying to google another place to eat. i pulled over in a plaza in we found the eggery.

i ordered the LA CASA POTENCIA (THE POWER HOUSE) 6 egg whites scarambled w/diced chicken breast, red bell peppers and mild green chills, topped w/fresh pico de gallo served w/salsa, low-carb tortilla and side of black beans. which was not bad. the low card torilla was not good.

erin ordered the SUNRISE BENEDICT - 2 poached eggs 1/4lb. grilled ham on an english muffin under creamy hollandaise sauce. served with country potatoes. it was not bad, it was ok.

brett ordered the SANTA FE STRAW - honey smoked turkey, bacon, green chilies, ancho chipotles aioli, sonoran cole slaw and melted cheses on grilled sourdough. served w/a side of spicy ancho chili dressing. i guess he liked it. he was quiet.

melissa ordered the VEGGIE INTERESTING - broccoli, mushroom, onion, spinach and zucchini inside, melted cheeses, sour cream, scallions, and diced tomato on top. she enjoyed it.

We all shared an OREO PEANUT BUTTER CHIP PANCAKES. OMG just was like our dessert. this was the best part of my brunch. the girls and i were in FOOD-GASM HEAVEN!!!!

it is a popular place to eat for breakfast, brunch and lunch. it is a local franchise.
