Near Kuta Beach, there is a restaurant call Dulang (beside the huge convenient store to get cheap groceries, e-Matahari) that serves awesome Western and local cuisine. Their pasta is to die for and so is their coffee according to my friend. They are busy during lunch hour so if you can go around 11 am or after 2pm to avoid rush hour.
