Duffy's Tavern
Duffy's Tavern Reviews
Jun 24, 2007
I thought I would start to review some of my favorite places back home for those of you who will be heading to Chicago or for those from the area looking for a new place to hang out. Duffy's Tavern ha been a favorite of me and my friends since we have been able to go out drinking. Anytime I am home on leave me and the boys make time to spend a night out at Duffy's catching the updates on sports center and catching up with each other over some beers. Duffy's has 3 main areas; the front bar, back stage room and back bar. Youll find a variety of locals and tourists all in their mid 20's to early 30's. Wide selection of brews on tap, both foreign and domestic and just about any type of spirit you can think of. If youre looking for food, check out their menu, not your typical bar food; traditional dishes are served but most with Duffy's own little twist on them. Great music, sports, drinks and company.

I was invited to the TravBuddy meetup in Chicago well in advance, but in typical fashion I waited until the last minute to actually plan my arrival. Due to my love of traveling to places beyond the upper midwest I am very stingy with my vacation da…… My first TravBuddy Meet-up |
