Duc Thai Hotel Hanoi

My partner and I stayed this Hotel for total 05 nights. On our first day, we were picked up at the airport and transfered to the Hotel with warmly welcome upon arrival. It was a very clean and comfortable with wonderfully friendly staffs. Good breakfast is included. The manager was very helful He personally set us up with two fabulous trips to Halong Bay (our best experience of Vietnam) and Sapa with a very discount rate - two nights in a homestay is your best bet! And all that said, it is the genuine care and attention of the wonderful staff that deservedly places. The Duc Thai Hotel is in our Hotel Hall of Fame and I would like to recommend it to anyone.

Not regret to stay at Duc Thai Hotel on the first day traveling to Vietnam for 12 days. It is really my first experience with Hanoi Hotel and I wouldn't trade it for any other with the excellent services provided by Hotel Manager and his team. The hotel is in the midle of old historic Hanoi Oldquarter and is easily walking distance to the major attractive areas of the city. I could explore on foot all tourist points surrounding.
Eventhough the lobby was quite small but tidy.The room was super clean. good lighting, a complimentary breakfast including coffee, juice and tea. The also have free internet service with 02 PC downstair which allowed me to research other areas I wanted to explore and/or to book airline flights from. My room was big enough for 03 of us. There was a big spacious bathroom with bathtub, hot water,desk with lamb, also free complimentary soap, shampoo, toothbrush and paste which you dont see in other guesthouses very often.
Such special thing and experience is so helful staff ( Tuan, Tom, and lovley girl - Hieu ) with fluently speaking English at the front desk. With the help of Mr Tom, I was able to quickly plan all my 12 days trip logistics without me having to worry about anything.This made my trip so much more enjoyable since I didnt have to waste my time trying to communcate with people whom I dont know their language to properly make my own plans. It is wonderfull !
All in all, my impresssions of Hanoi are now very positive and i look forward to visiting there again and staying at the Duc Thai Hotel once again."Feel at Home" with good personnel with so much fun & sense of humor which makes my stay memorable ...
