I started in Zadar in Croatia, then went to see Krka waterfalls, then I took a ferry from Split to Island of Hvar, than I headed down the country to Brela and I crossed the Croatian border and went to Mostar in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Then I took a train to capital Sarajevo. The views from a train window were stunning. Then I took an overnights bus to Herceg Novi in Montenegro, then spent a couple of nights in Budva, Petrvac, Ulcnji, went back to Croatia, Zagreb then Zadar and home

Swimming in the small island in Veliko lake in front of the Benedictine monastery was a unique experience. Polace and Pomea are two very quite and small villages..

Woke up early and we walked down to the beach, about a 10 minute walk from the room. Many restaurants and concessions run perpindicular to the beach. The beach was made of rocks, so sun beds were definitely necessary. The beds were 20kn each. The water was fairly clear but p…
