-the 4 star hotel du lac has been owned by the kneschaurek family since 1920 and managed ever since by three generations of the kneschaureks. The hotel was completely rebuilt in 1964 and a swimming pool and sports facility were added in 1970. Situated on the lakeside just two minutes far from the highway exit lugano sud the hotel has a splendid view of lugano bay.
