LOL, you got me babe, this will have to remain one of the infinite number of buildings and monuments snapped but not understood or recorded by myself... urrr? that said now I think, it is something contemporary to do with the earth & it's place in the cosmos.. you can't really see 'em but there are other brass discs and rings set into the ground in sort of 'galaxy' concentric circles.. ( did I blag that well enough? ;)
