Dragon's Mouth Springs Yellowstone National Park Reviews
Jul 18, 2006
Dragon’s Mouth Spring has changed over the years. Years ago it used to spit mud along with the noise that could be heard for a mile. Now, its rhythmically sloshing of water in and out of the mouth of the small cavern along with the steam and low growling noise is still a good reason to take in this site in Yellowstone.
It easy access makes it very nice for anyone to see. The parking lot at the site is quite close by and the usual boardwalk is gently sloped making it even easy for wheelchair bound tourists.
As with all of the springs, mud volcanos, and geysers at Yellowstone, use caution, they are extremely hot!
