Dr. Fish Cafe is located through out South Korea. The one I visited was in Gangnam. It is actually a cafe where you can go have coffee or tea with friends. The twist is that for an extra 2000 KRW (1.60 USD) you can get a pedicure from a school of fish.
There are two different tanks one with small fish the other with larger fish. You first wash your feet off then you put them in where the fish are. The fish nibble off the dead skin leaving the healthy skin behind. For the very adventurous there is a full body Dr. Fish cafe.
