I decided to take a cross country road trip to gatlinburg tenn. on the way I stopped at friends places and expanded my road trip after the original cabin trip in gatlinburg, I head east to North Carolina to the outer banks, up north to MD to N.Y. withsights in between. after I left New York, I went thru PA to Ohio and spent a week there and had Tday with some friends. I headed south thru WV,VA, IN, MO, ARK, and MS back thru L for a few weeks b4 heading back to calif

I deployed 30 days to Kigali for Operation Support Hope

  So we waited, hoping to catch a flight to Germany as it was often said that many planes go there (and as I knew I would go to Spain later that summer). And we waited some more. And we got our hopes up, and then they didn't let us on the plane. And then we were told that we could go to Charleston, SC, where we were much more likely to get a flight out. So, at 1am, we hopped on a plane for South Carolina.
