One of the Best Hotels near an airport Jul 09, 2008
This hotel for a 3 star hotel was impressive. Maybe because I had a long day ahead of me or I was tired, but this Double Tree hotel made my one night, 2 day stay enjoyable. The staff were friendly and professional. The guy at the counter was nice enough to change my room for a queen size bed, no charge when i checked in.
Breakfast had a good variety, Hotel Shuttling is prompt. The location of the hotel is 5 minutes away from Newark International Airport. I have traveled to many national/international airports, had to stay at a couple hotels around airports due to missed flights and I have to say the Double Tree Hotel is a best bet around the Jersey/ NY area.
