Check out: 9.00 till 10.00
They check the cottages when you depart so you will get your surety back right away. This will mean you have to wait a couple of minutes when you check out.
We staid at a 5 person cottage but I was glad it was just the two of us. I personally think the cottage was too small for 5 people. Ofcourse there were enough beds and plates but the room we had inside was not really big.
Cottage had a small kitchen and a small bathroom. Bathroom also contained the toilet. Upstairs 3 single beds. We made two single beds into one double. Downstairs the two couches could be transformed into two single beds. Also downstairs a cabinet which contained the plates and cutlery nd a small tv, we didn’t used once.
At the end you will have to pay the electricity bill.
The Park is not like a top of the bill entertainment place. Though it’s not that modern it still has a lot of things to keep yourself entertained. The park has a outdoor pool and you can rent minituregolf sticks or use the tennis area. For the little ones there are a lot of playground equipment.
There is no supermarket on the park but driving 7 km will bring you to a shopping area where you’ll find a supermarket. In the village Hosingen you’ll find a bakery where you can get your daily bread.
For a 5 days/4 night house: €206
For the and kleening: €40
For renting the sheeds: € 9
For electricity: € 18.32
Total: € 273.32
I think that's quit cheap! Downside is that you will have to pay the electric bill afterwoards. So keep that in mind when you plug something in ;).
Location: Your close to a couple of real great area’s and a car trip will only take about 20 to 30 minutes to VIanden, Dikicrch, Echternach, Clervaux, Mullerthall.
The Sheets and Blankets there were no normal bed linen as we have back home and that made it a little bit cold at night.
Don’t expect new modern cottages or a big entertainment area. But when you’re in Luxemburg to explore the beautiful nature and the rich history and you’ll only use the house to sleep in it will be the best thing. The location is perfect and when you only go to the cottage to sleep you don’t need a big tv or a huge kitchen.
