GET TO PETRA EARLY!!!
It is imperative to arrive before 730 am. Arriving early means that you beat the tour buses. Morning at Petra is quiet, calm, and peaceful...you can drink tea at The Treasury or have a leisurely breakfast in front of some ruins. As the day goes by Petra just fills up with people and pretty soon it feels like Disneyland... GO EARLY- you won't regret it.  Part of the The Journey Home travel blog |
