Day 11 (May 29) - Trip to Skojcan Caves, Transfer to Venice/Mestre Our final day dawned to a windy, humid morning on the coast.  Ate breakfast, loaded the luggage, and departed Piran for the hour long drive to the Skocjan Caves.  As we left the coastal region it became cooler and more overcast and by the time we reached the Caves proper it was a steady downpour.  And much colder.  Made a dash from the parking lot to the ticket office line, and waited for our trip thr…
