Diva Hotel San Francisco Reviews
An affordable hotel with Apr 30, 2009
This is another hotel which belongs to a group of hotels called "Personality Hotels" in San Francisco. It is on Geary Street between Mason and Taylor, just a few blocks from Union Square.
We had a reservation for a double room, but upon check-in, we were upgraded to a bigger room with a king bed and a Murphy bed. However, this room on the 5th floor turned out to be darker than we liked. We requested another room, and the staff promptly moved us to a different room on the 7th floor. This room was much nicer, and we liked it. We found the staff at this hotel very friendly and helpful. The whole place is designed in a very modern yet simple way. Each floor has a "designer" Internet lounge, and the guest can use them for free, although I found a Mac in the lounge rather slow. Oh well, it was free. The top floor is called "Salon Floor", and the guests who stay on this floor can have complimentary continental breakfast in the lounge. It was an assortment of pastries (pretty good), juice, yogurt, and coffee & tea. It was just a one-night stay, but we enjoyed Hotel Diva very much. We'd love to go back there... :) |

Hotel Diva was an interesting experience. Its ultra-modern look was not exactly my thing, but was definitely fun for the one night we were there.
- The price was very reasonable for downtown San Francisco - The room was small, but comfortab...read entire review at TravelPost.com |
