Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel Bali

The Kartika Plaza is located on the beachfront in south Kuta. It's within easy The hotel has over 300 rooms spread out over beautifully landscaped tropical gardens. A large open air lobby contains plenty of comfortable seating and a bar that serves up happy hour cocktails to the guests. There are several restaurants to choose from but if you prefer to eat elsewhere, you're within walking distance of many other restaurants.

The Kartika Plaza has many activities to keep the guests happy. There are two swimming pools, one being adult only. Swim up to the bar and have a cocktail. In addition to the pools, there are two tennis courts and a beach volleyball court. The hotel has a tour desk where you can arrange tours and excursions.

The rooms are of average size with asian inspired furnishings. The rooms are clean and each has a private balcony. If a regular room isn't good enough for you, upgrade to a suite or your own villa.

The Discovery Shopping Mall is next door to the hotel. Plenty of shopping and eating can be found here. Security at the hotel was good. There is a guard post at the entrance to the hotel where cars are searched before reaching the hotel. Security guards patrol the grounds in order to provide maximum safety for the guests.

I had a nice stay at the Kartika Plaza hotel. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
