Turn RIGHT towards Arezzo, Pontassieve. Follow road until you reach COMPIOBBI. At traffic lights in Compiobbi turn LEFT. Go under bridge and take immediate RIGHT (via Calzolari). Keep on that road through a wood for 3.8 kms. On the left you will come to Via di Valle 17. Ring LYNCH.
