All in all the camel ranch was dissapointing.  Garrett and I were looking forward to riding them, but our ride lasted less than 20 minutes and we spent half of that walking.  Camels really aren't great to ride - their movements are awkward and jerk you around.  Getting on and off of them is also a task.  They sit and stand unevenly; on the way up, their back ends shoot up, leaving you leaning back for fear of falling off.  On the way down their front drops suddenly, a…

A few hours in advance of our arrival, my friend and I called the black Hebrew community center to ask if someone could-and would be willing to-show us around and speak to us regarding their ways.
