Lost Cash in Diamond Hotel!!!
Be aware!! Gentleman, I had very bad news from my nephew who lost cash in the room. It's very shock news for me to hear that type of incident can be happened such a nice hotel like you. I've stuied tourism in my university and very good networking with this industry all over the Korea and overseas. here is the details of this case; -Guest Name : Lee and his wife(honeymoon). -Room No : 924 -Duration : 22nd-check in, 25-check out. -Lost : 1million Korean won(cash in envelope) -Agent : Simongtour(Korea) -Incident found : when they arrived in Korea, coz they'd never open that bag during their trip, they never brought out that bag while they stay in your good hotel(that bag stayed in the room all the way). I'm believing that this single case is the first case in your hotel, also afraid that this news will be in the Korea internet if they didn't get proper answer from your good hotel. Pls investigate this case asap, and let me know the result. |
