This cozy beer hall is tucked away near a church, hidden by twisting and turning roads just a 15 minute walk from the Hauptbohnhof. We entered the first night there to get some food, but we were late so settled for their brand of Kolsh beer. The third night in town we were hungry and decided to get there a little earlier for some of their food. We weren't disappointed at all. The waiters didn't really speak English but we got by with the little bit of German that we knew.

The selection of food is fairly strait forward, consisting mainly of pork, veal, and some chicken dishes. The soup is what stood out to me the most, it was a very light beef broth soup with various vegetables floating around in it. The Kolsh beer came in small glasses designated for Kolsh drinking and cost 1.10 euro a piece. They will constantly come and bring you more the whole time you are there. If you are done drinking remember to put your coaster on top of the glass. Overall it was a very good experience with nice ambiance. It seemed to be where the locals go.
Maybe too many.
My friend, drank more than I did.
