Máncora, a lovely beach town located on the Peruvian coast. I never thought that there were beaches here! Silly me!! Too bad we didn't have much time to spend here . . . time was really limited, and we had to hurry up if we wanted to make it to Lima by Christmas Eve! So we just spent one evening here, visited the town's beach for a short while, and then we were back on our way. Fortunately we managed to catch a ride as far as Piura. We took a quick break for lunch, and then were back ...
