My solo trip to Rio De Janeiro, Buenos Aires, and Colonia Del Sacramento.

Colonia Del Sacramento is a very lovely town. It is a Unesco World Heritage Site. Flowers in bloom abound and line the streets.

It was a very bleak day when we boarded the big modern ferry to take us across the River Plate, from Buenos Aires to Colonia del Sacramento in neighbouring Uruguay.  It was equally bleak at our destination.  Fortunately we had a very warm and cosy hotel to stay in.
