Work trip to Sweden and Denmark

So here is a little information about my (first) trip to Denmark. Enjoy!

My friend Rob and I decided on Copenhagen as a weekend break destination largely because it was one of the few places neither of us had been... we even managed to get a fabulous deal on some great Business Class tickets out there, so the trip started with a massage in the Molton Brown spa at Heathr…

For four crazy days we went to Copenhagen and then to Aalborg in November when the weather wasn't the best and when it was cold outside.

Driving a big loop in Scandinavia, starting in Copenhagen, to Stockholm, then Oslo, then Bergen/Stavanger to Goteborg and then back to Malmo/Copenhagen. Beautiful trip.

As I am Danish, I have a special love for Copenhagen. It is a fantastic place - especially in the summer time. There are hundreds of little coffee shops, parks, the Jazz festival, and castles! There are walks along the docks and just a great atmosphere!

I've been to Lithuania a number of times, but for this blog I'll talk about when I was there from December 27, 2006 until January 10, 2007. Then again from December 30, 2007 until January 02, 2008. That makes two New Year's Eves in two consecutive years. :D

Once upon a time...I was a teetotaller ;p I was even in a "teetotaller school" (couldn't find a better word for it) and it was with this class I went to Amsterdam/Utrecht (and Copenhagen for just a day, on the way back home) to study their drug policy.
