How to get into the city from LaGuardia's Delta suttle terminal Jun 10, 2010
The info is free, but flying is not. The M60 runs throught the airport and the last stop is the Delta Shuttle terminal all the way in the back. For $2.25 (as of June 2010), you can take a 10 minute bus ride from LGA onto 125th street and catch the 5 train as well as its stops in other areas (including Columbia University).

It's a city bus, but some are modified for increased space for luggage, but not much. If you are standing at the terminal and the bus just passed by and kept going (even if you're on fire and flagging it down with all four limbs), it was probably too crowded to let on more people. During rush hour, there will probably be another in under 10 minutes. If the road way is REALLY crowded, you might have to risk life-and-limb to be step forward and make sure the bus sees you and can stop.

For the bus system in NY, you must have change or a metrocard (which can be bought in the terminal)-bills are not accepted.
