Delmonico'S Diner

Great southern/soul food. Its almost a shame how good that food was to me. Food is served cafeteria style. Good size portions.

its for sure a place for the locals. Everyone (except us) were greeted by name.

i'll for sure eat here again when i'm in saint louis.

edit (july 7, 2009) recently i had reason to be in saint louis again.try to my word i stopped by delmonico's for dinner. They close at 6 and it close to that when we arrived. Pretty all the best stuff was gone. So close to closing they weren't replacing it. I still had a good meal but i wish i'd gotten there earlier.
