Delibab Hotel Budapest

Stayed in hotel delibab in 2005 while on a trip to Hungary..

Initially we did not know what to expect from delibab as there had been some negative reviews. Anyway it was pleasant enough and easily accessible to the tourist attractions of Buda and Pest.

There were some strange people working there whom when you asked for a drink from the bar at reception would not pur it in front of you! A bit odd and the drinks were hardly worth going down the stairs for.

The rooms were basic and alright maybe about 2 star class!

The bathroom in our room was flooded one night and the toilet would not flush properly, it took rather alot of complaining to get it fixed.

The staff also said they would call a taxi for us in the morning for the airport.. and forgot..

It is a nice and old fashioned building with nice old features especially in the drawing room area.
