Good Place! Jul 17, 2009 Value: Location: Cleanliness: Amenities: Bed: Bathroom & Shower: Service: This is a nice hotel. When my husband and I read their ad in our hotel savings book, we were shocked that they charged $32.99 per night. And it also read that every room had an indoor jacuzzi. NO THEY DON'T!!!! Either way, we had a great time in Monterey, we had no neughbors on either side of the room so that was also great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend a small amount of money in the rental, and have more left for pleasure, because Monterey is very expensive! But it's worth it! This hotel is close to both warfs, you can walk down there, only 10 to 15 blocks, or drive,but if you drive be prepared to pay $8 for all day parking, or if you're lucky you'll find 2 free hours if you park on the street! Really good deal in off season or non-weekend days Jul 22, 2008 Value: Location: Cleanliness: Amenities: Bed: Bathroom & Shower: We've stayed here twice and had nice experiences both times. For the price, which can be cheap to average depending on the time of year and day of week, it's not too shabby. The first time we stayed it was $65 a night and the second time we stayed it was $80. It's right across from the Del Monte Pines Mall (which has a Whole Foods- so I love staying here!!! There is also a Borders, Starbucks, among other shops) which is nice and easily in driving distance to Fisherman's Wharf and Cannery Row. I'd stay here again. comfortable clean easy to get to
